88 AE RX-7, full racing beat, defensor and new koyo rad.

I just took out the car from storage and drove it around for about an hour. The temp gauge is just above the C which is usual but the electric fan will turn to high speed and stay on. Coolant level is fine and was just flushed last year. No cool spots on any hoses all seem around the same temp when I touch. The fan will stay on when driving even at 80km/h. Coolant issue or sensor issue?
