Edmonton FD - Dies once warmed up, blue smoke

Okay I have been trying to trouble shoot this for a few days now. I have found plenty of other issues and fixed them along the way.

I have a single turbo FD, over the winter I had some wiring issues that caused the car to flood(now resolved). over the winter it did unfortunately sit flooded for a while. now I have a brand new wiring harness installed. the car starts and sounds great, however once it gets up to operating temperature the rpm start to drop at idle and the car wants to stall out. Also I have not able to make more than 2lbs boost even with WOT. there is also a decent amount of blue smoke coming out the exhaust.

these are the things I have tried:

boost test - found multiple small leaks and fixed them, changed back to stock TB from Rotary works TB(massive leak, shocking...)

removed intake piping from turbo compressor, no oil inside piping.

removed downpipe, found oil inside downpipe

adjusted TPS, idles at 900

My car specs are:

1993 FD - JDM
precision HP6265 turbo (less than 2k on it)
FMIC
Rad with electric fans
Power FC

Thanks for the help guys!

The flooding was excessive, fuel was leaking out from at or near the external WG.

Is it a possibility that the diaphragm has split open? That would prevent me from building boost, wouldnt it?
