Having personal knowledge of ecu programing, powerfc is a fairly easy ecu to program. Alsoif you getthe comander with it you have a quick monitor station without the need to have a laptop connected alll the time

Haltech Elite or AEM Infinity in that order. Nothing else in the price range offers the features. For example, Haltech's long term trim feature is a true auto-tuning concept that actually works and is effective. Same with the knock control strategy. It offers filtering options only seen on higher end systems. It's a system that works in practice and not just a line on a spec sheet like some other systems in the price range. Without stepping up in the price range to something like the Motec M-series, which still isn't offering rotary support to the best of my knowledge, or something like a Syvecs, you won't find anything else offering the features and ease of setup and tuning offered by the Haltech Elite.
As far as finding a tuner, the support for Haltech in Florida is very good. If PnP is your thing, Haltech does that as well, though in most cases going standalone is a great excuse to pull out what is commonly suspect OE wiring and update everything.
