Easy way to lubricate Engine Rotors on a stored FD ?
Just wanted to know if anyone knew of an easy way to lubricate the engine rotors on a 93 FD after its been sleeping for while ? I should mention the motor is complete (not apart). I've heard of going through the leading spark plug holes , but thats a little difficult and would like to get two sides lubricated ?
Any help much Appreciated

A few ounces of oil into each leading spark plug hole, rotate the engine by hand, repeat 3 times.

Put some fresh cheap oil it in. And after you turn it by hand a few times, I'd pull the EGI fuse and crank it until I saw oil pressure. Replace the fuse and after it starts and gets to full operating temp a few times, change the oil again.
I'd throw in some GOOD fuel system cleaner and flush the cooling system asap too.
