Dual caliper setup on rear using FC 4 piston front calipers?
So I've got some 4 pistons I got off of a vert a while back and I was wondering if anyone has ever done this or if it would be possible. The idea is making a bracket like any dual caliper setup specifically for a hydraulic handbrake but using FC front calipers for the clamping force, while leaving the original brake setup untouched. The information I'm mostly looking for is will the front calipers be compatible with the rear rotor size? If you have a similar setup or any helpful info/experience on this please chime in!

I'd think you'd have too much stopping force in the rear

could you bolt them on and make them function? yes. but the rear disc is smaller and the pad won't make proper contact. (and if you have unvented rears they may be too thin) you should have no problem locking the rears with rear calipers on a hydro e brake, so the real question is why you wouldn't do that. if its only because you have the calipers you could sell them, I see them going for $500 a set because lots of people want them. Even BMW people are putting our 4 pots on their cars, took me a while to find some for my build.
also nice username, now I've got the song stuck in my head.
