Im swapn my FC 3.90 rear for a 4.30 GTU rear both auto trans..
what tools do i need to complete this job?
will it b tough to do by myself?

Jack, jackstands, basic socket/wrench set (metric), a pan to drain the old diff fluid out, fresh fluid for the new diff. Maybe a few other things I am forgetting, but you shouldn't need any special tools or anything.

 

It is difficult to do by yourself. It is doable, though. (I've done it twice.)

Easiest way... Drop the complete rear subframe.
