Differential questions

I am curious to know what cars have VLSD and which come with an N/A diff. I have a 88 vert RX-7 so I would like to know if these cars came with a VLSD or a N/A diff.

NAs came with an NA diff.

TIIs came with a TII diff.

Some NAs got LSDs. See the FAQ for specific models. Pretty sure all 'Verts were LSD.

An '88 vert has a 3.9 open differential stock.

S5 verts still got open diffs, but they were changed to 4.1.
