welcome to the board.
you'll probably want to elaborate on the qualities you're seeking and the type of use you have planned for your car - some kind of qualifying attribute that is pertinent to YOU. otherwise, asking "which fluid is best?" WILL lead to either a silent thread or complete cluster--ck of a thread.
I use Amsoil lubes, but I would imagine most any quality synthetic lube of an appropriate weight will probably do.

Get a copy of the Factory Service Manual (FSM), or download a copy free from the 3rd Generation Section FAQ sticky, and make note of the differential gear oil specification. Then search that same 3rd Gen. section in "Titles Only" with related terms like "Differential" or "diff" or "gear oil" etc. Then make your own choice of what's out there.
While you're at it, a few hours spent reading through the rest of those stickys can be invaluable.
Also know that while posting such questions like this in the New Member Section is accepted, it wouldn't be elsewhere. It's an easily answered question from a search, and you'd get flamed beyond belief for not making the effort to find out yourself.
