Cranking Engine manually
I would like to know how some people did this, without removing the belts if possible.
Also, the transmission plug(filler hole) was put on very very tight or has rusted shut! I really doubt that it has rusted but I have cranked on it extremely hard and doesn't move. I've even applied a rust breaker with no success. Any one have this problem as well?

To turn the motor over by hand you have to get the proper sized socket for the main pully on a ratchet and just rotate the motor.
There are a lot of tricks to getting a stuck drain plug out I'm not sure which will be applicable due to the location of this plug but some of the ones I've used involve
PB Blaster (pure awesome in a can)
Put an impact on it
A breaker bar (assuming your not already starting to strip the plug)
Remember to use sudden application of force to break the stuck bolt/plug/nut free like hitting a wrench/breaker bar/ratchet with a hammer/deadblow/mallet
A longer breaker bar (if you didn't grab it the first time)
A torch (just heat up the area around the bolt)
you can use an air chisel if you really need to (like the head is stripped and you don't have a welder) but use it as a last resort because it will destroy the plug if it comes out or not (I've only used this once and try to avoid it at all costs)
If you have a welder handy just weld a big nice new nut on the drain plug and use that to get it off

I have a huge old Crescent wrench that was my grandfathers that I use for breaking the drain plug loose. A sharp firm rap on the end on the handle breaks even the stubborn ones loose. PB Blaster doesn't work well on aluminum but heat will. Before you drain the tranny, make sure you can remove the fill plug, takes a 14mm open end wrench.
