That would depend on where you think you would have a crack. Why do you think you do?

my car has been loading up in 1st and fifth gear and also when i get on it just a little bit you can hear popping in the exhaust(not the motor) the motor hasnt been detonated but my coolant seals are pretty bad off I know i'm getting exhaust fumes in my coolant also its an 86 fc I was hoping to get it rebuilt but if my rotor housing is cracked its pointles i'll just buy a new motor

If you overheated the engine and blew the coolant seals, there's no way to know if there is further damage to the water jacket. The engine would have to be disassembled to know.
