OH Condensation in FTP

I know this topic has been covered before
but how can I fix this.... I washed my car yesterday
And water went into both FTP but the passenger
side created condensation while the driver
side is fine. If I drill a hole in the FTP will
The condensation already inside evaporate? Or
will I actually have to take the FTP out and
clean it by hand? I read in a former thread that
there is a space between the FTP and bumper
which I see and can only imagine is how the
water drained from the driver side. I believe
I see a small hole also on the bottom of each FTP, could
the hole on my passenger side just be
clogged? I don't really want to have to deal
with this issue every time I wash my car.
Thanks for your help.

Can anyone explain the process on how to
take the FTP lens out? Are they difficult to
get back in after removed?

They cleared out. I used a lamp and just sit it in front of the lens on a stool. Then the sun got the rest of it. I know how to take em out now but I prolly won't ever try unless they get ugly, then Ill just get new ones.
