Compression Test
Hi all,
Am having huge drama's getting my Megasquirted FC started and running, have eliminated pretty much everything. Did a compression test (cold) and found both housings to have 90psi peak (non-return valve in place)
Then I taped the relief button in and saw 3 even pulses, but only around 35psi....
Is this because the tester is venting while the housing is building pressure?
Even so, 35psi seems a bit low?
The motor is freshly rebuilt with the full Atkins seal kit.
I have fuel, spark, timing correct, and engine still will not start. Lots of fuel vapour out the exhaust....
Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
