TX Comoression Test

COMPRESSION TEST (not comoression)

Anyone know of a shop (or individual) in the San Antonio / Austin TX area that has a compression tester? Compression seems fine on my FB but for peace of mind, I would like to run a test.

The tester is $335: https://www.rotarycompressiontester.com/ Prefer to pay someone to do it for less.

MSM in Georgetown would have one but they are about 90 minutes north of me.

Thanks

It will probably cost you at least $100 for the compression test. That could be $100 put towards your own tester. You can also save $50 with the code a check-out. So this tester price just got easier to buy.

I have no affiliation to this company or have I ever bought anything from them.

"5.2 Tester kits IN STOCK use discount code "COMPTEST" to save $50 during checkout. THE NEW STYLE STORAGE CASES ARE INCLUDED WITH EVERY TESTER**"

Steve is a great guy and a valued member of the rotary community! The Rotary Compression Tester is an amazing product and works amazingly well. Buy it, you will not regret it.

I ended up buying the tester. It was delivered quickly and worked as advertised. Best news of all is the engine has great compression in both rotors, 125+ with very little variance between each chamber.
