everytime i start my fc it revs up to 3k for like two sec then drops slowly to 1500 for a second then it just drops and turns off.....but if i keep my foot on the gas to keep it on 2500 to 3k for about 20 to 30 sec when i let off the car will stay on and idle normal....i would think its the cold start sensor but i dont know where it is or if its something else what could it be?

 

Check the fast idle setting on the back of the throttle body. Look in the factory service manual for the specs.

to be honest it just went away by its self..........but when you start it how does the car sound?....does it sound normal or a little rough
