hey guys im looking to get a cold air intake for my 86 rx7 and im wondering whats a good brand for an aftermarket intake or if i have to make on myself? and if so if there is a guide on how to? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

 

K&N drop-in filter. The stock setup is already a "CAI", but a generic cone filter setup is usually a "hot air intake". An airbox, heat shielding or ducting out of the engine bay is needed. Even then, don't expect any noticeable HP gain, as the stock box is not exactly restrictive on stock to lightly modified stock NA engines.
