CA cluster and tail lights..

There's a thick black harness to the left of the fuse box under the steering colum. The wires on them were messed up and it didn't send the right voltage to the TNS relay. I checked everything else and could figure it out until I pulled on that harness and it started to turn my cluster lights on and all my other lights. You will see that black harness and there should be a big white connector check that also....

Anytime you have a problem with gauges or tail lights, the first step would be to take a look at the fuses, wiring, and the relays associated with the affected part. Once that's clear you can get into the actual part itself and figure out if it's damaged and if there's electricity going to and from it.

If anyone needs help with this issue I made the same thread about a week ago. The main problem is in there as well as posts and links on how to fix it. I just replaced the switch and wiring that gos to it and wired tail lights with a lead wire because the used harness I had was still crappy.
