Cluster Help!

What's up everyone I've had my RX7 for about a month and since I've had it the Speedo didn't work and it kind of bugs me. I was wondering if any if you have ever encountered this problem and if so how did you fix it?

The speedo is cable driven so it is either off behind the cluster or off at the Transmission.

Thanks mistersty! I'm going to see if I can get it working again. This car has had poor quality work done to it so a previous mechanic may have removed the cluster
