Chipped J-spec ECU Question

Hello, I drive a 1987 Turbo FC3S and was wondering if a chipped J-spec ECU like PAN SPEED, BLITZ, RE AMEMIYA, and KNIGHT SPROTS will work on U.S. spec FC3S here and if so, how would it run with my set up? and what model # J-spec ECU would i have to run? I am currently running a FMIC, hybrid turbo, boost controller, and Racing Beat FCD. My car runs fine I'm just wondering how much different it would run, if running one of those chipped ECUs. Thanks in advanced.

Yes, they can work, but you'll be playing the guessing game when it comes to exactly what they changed. Fuel cut removal is pretty standard, but some have timing and fuel changes. There isn't much information available on them. Going with an Rtek ECU would be a better route. You'll know exactly what is being changed, and the prices aren't bad at all. v1.5 - 1.8 are $120-$150. http://www.pocketlogger.com/index.ph...age=1&ecu=S4T2

Thanks for the advice man. The R-tek sounds like the perfect way to go.
