Catalytic converter still ok to use

Hello,
these are the catalytic converters on my S4 T2
are these still ok to use?


This is the rear of the first one. Probably better to remove this one right?

This is the part im not sure about


and thats the rear of the last one. looks fine to me

Absolutely not. If you have to ask the question, you already know the answer. Do you need a cat for your state? If not, throw that sucker in the corner and get a mid-pipe. Do NOT put that back in your car!!

yea i need one as i am living in germany. i was thinking of buying one of these and welding a 200cell metal cat into it.

should i remove the air pump or adapt it to the new cat?
and if i go for a 2,5 or 3 inch exhaust on the stock intake do i have to port the wastegate to prevent boost creep?
