Im not sure if I should just buy a carb rebuild kit or buy a new one? I have an extra carburetor but im not sure if that one runs properly either.

I have an 1985'mazda rx7 with a 12a. We might have fixed the problem with tuning with the idler and throttle. But it still needs work and.thats why I was wondering.
