car wont start 88 N/A
Seems like only 1 rotor is firing or maybe getting compression. I just had my injectors rebuilt and replaced most of the vacuum hoses
1 of the rotors died when I was turning left heading to work. I after I was all finished putting the injectors back in and all that I tried to start it and nothing, still sounds like only 1 rotor is working.
I pulled the plugs and all were wet and black (almost 2 years old) but the leading front rotor was dry, trailing was wet. Maybe something along those lines?
I haven't checked spark on all plugs so I'll try that tomorrow, plus replace my tps. Maybe that is the problem? But I'm pretty sure that has been broken for awhile.
Mods: full race exhaust, a msd CDI on leading coil, apexi neo AFC, cold air intake, and magnecore plug wires, and a little larger Bosch fuel pump.
•these have all been on for over a year at the least.
The most recent change I did was oil change from synthetic back to regular before that its been over a year for any significant changes
My guess is maybe some electrical part or sensor died and the timing is wrong for one of the rotors.
Also I haven't done a comp test, but did do the pull-the-plug-and-listen-for-the-psst-test. And front and rear rotors sounded the same consistency, but the rear kinda sounded lower pitch, and probably lower pressure. Could that mean side seals?
