car now starts and runs - still issues
just did the de-flood procedure on my FD. I got it to finally crank and stay running, but the idle is loping badly and lots of black smoke is coming from the exhaust. even giving it gas, its sounds lopey. motor has a street port, 3inch full exhaust, no cats. has 2000 miles on a fresh rebuild. think its already blown? i bought the car not running as well so ive never seen it running :/

Perform a compression test if you are concerned.
Since it was flooded, you may have to replace the spark plugs. Plugs get totalled pretty quickly in a new engine due to assembly lube and such, and flooding certainly won't help.
Was it sitting for any length of time? If so, have the injectors professionally cleaned.

because if its sitting, that implies its not putting miles on it.... so there was a rebuild done - 2k miles driven - car sat. theres still only 2k miles on it now.
