Can someone help!!!!!

hi there. i have a 12app n/a just rebuilt it for new season and for some reason it will not start on its own. will start easy if towed and will not pulse nice when started. revs fine and drives fine great power. found it wetting plugs really bad dont know why like there not enough spark to start it on its own. the plugs are really wet and oily. oil pressure is 95. timing all good. pulled motor apart rechecked all was ok. can some one help going to check spark and leads also B6evx plugs cheers

compression test that engine.
If you have to tow it to start it,It is not building enough compression with just the starter.
It may not be that, but you gotta rule out the obvious..and the easiest thing to do.

I have always replaced plugs after any major flooding in a rotary.
