CA Can an Emissions issue keep a rx7 from starting?

I am in the process of testing every thing... and the wires that go to them.. 86 NA it does not start anymore.. I turned it off one day and after the weekend.. it just never started again.

So can a Air bypass relay, Or a port air solenoid valve keep a rx7 from starting?
Or a boost sensor.. Im sure you get this question...

I know it does not make any help with my injector issue.. but i have tested out sooooo much so far.. lol..

So... I am totally committed to fixing my rotary.. Piece by piece...

Can you describe the problem in more detail? Does the starter spin, and the engine just never catches? Or do you turn the key, and nothing happens?

No, very little is used for startup. The ECU receives input from the CAS and water temp sensor (back of water pump), but that's it. Fuel injection amount is determined by water temp.
