buzzer!!!
That would be the car telling you its low on coolant or oil. If you're sure both are topped off, and the coolant has been bled of any air, check the wiring and sensors. The coolant level sensor is on top of the radiator, and the oil level sensor is on the driver-side of the oil pan.
It would help to know the year of the car
If you have a 1st gen:
1. Check the fluid levels as advised above.
2. If all that is good, then the most likely suspect is the Oscillator. These often cause issues when they get wet, and sometimes it will go away on its own, but often not. Most of us just unplug them. This gets rid of the audible alarm, but you will still have dash lights if any of your important fluids get low. It is located right in front of the battery, a small black box that looks just like a relay. It says Oscillator right on it.
