Broken choke cable

Just bought the wife here dream car. Same exact car she had when she was 18. I have an issue with a broken choke cable assembly. Anyone have any ideas it has this magnetic switch on it and I can’t find one anywhere. Thanks for your help.

Best to place a WTB (Wanted To Buy) in the first gen For Sale section once you have the required post count. On your 1985 with 12A engine, a 1979-1985 choke will work.

MazdaTrixs shows a seperate cable and **** assembly so I'm guessing the cable itself can be replaced without replacing the magnet part. You will however need to remove the magnetic/****.

Part number "8871-60-050A"
MazdaTrix part number "60-050A-8871" hint: they just invert the factory number. https://www.mazdatrix.com/getprice.a...m=60-050A-8871
