Bose Rear Amp Connector missing o.O

Ok this is to easy, I have pulled the back panel, I have looked every where and I have no idea where this little connector went or if I am just losing my mind.

I have been rebuilding the FD RX7 I bought and while redoing the fuel pump wiring to fix that issue and relocating the batter I have to remove the bose wave rear speaker setup. I tested it before pulling it out and all the speakers worked great (My drivers side amp did not work so if anyone has one they want to sell me that would rock the speaker works but it could obviously be better).

Anyway I have everything finished and I went to put it back and saw only one connector a 6 pin. I thought nothing of it until I looked at the Bose and saw that it had two connectors... I can not find the other one. I pulled the drivers side rear plastic and its not there... I have no idea where the hell this thing could have gone it makes no sense that it would just disappear. After an hour of messing with it I figured it must be something to do with a CD changer and ignored it but now the Bose sound wave does not work...

I could really use some help I am trying to come up with a search for this but I keep pulling up threads on the amp blowing not the connectors themselves (and I pulled up a few wiring diagrams). This is something simple and easy I know it is which is why I am posting this question here... I feel dumb enough as it is that I cannot find it.
