Unhappy Bolt in engine..

What's going on, i've got a bit of an issue..

My buddy and I were working on an EGR delete the other day, and while my buddy was doing something, he dropped a bolt into the intake. We got a boroscope, and looked down there. We saw it, but when we went to put the magnet down, the light on the scope went out, so we pulled everything out, and when we went to go get it again, the bolt was gone. My thinking is, that it fell deeper. My question to y'all is, would it be easier to pull off the whole intake, or go from the exhaust manifold end and manually rotate the rotor and see if i can get it out? Any advice would be appreciated, its kinda holding up the rest of my build at this point.. :P

Thanks!

I did the same thing with an injector grommet.
I started wondering if it would be ok then said "Screw it".. and pulled the lower intake off.
It was sitting right on the edge of the intake port when I took the manifold off.

thats the plan i think. I'll start with intake, since its the closest to where it dropped

i was unfortunate enough to have the same problem, but with a small socket, and it rolled all the way into the engine. in my case i had to pull the intake off and luckily i got it out
