It won't run as new if you take the emissions off of it.
If I may suggest something,it is that you start reading the forum sections and try a search of what you ask. This stuff is asked about every HOUR,and there are so many threads on it you could start another RX7 forum with just Old Repetitive questions.
Emissions delete, how to make a Cold air intake, what exhaust should I get,Why does my car smell like fuel.......all covered, all here in the forums just waiting for you.
..........This thread will self destruct in 30 seconds.........

It's been a little while since I've revived a dead rotary, but a fresh set of the proper NGK plugs is pretty critical, as is a good flush of the cooling system. Rotaries hate heat, so make sure it can stay cool.

It's basically the same as making any car run like factory, do a solid stage 0 and go from there. (Vacuum lines, plugs, wires, cooling, fresh oil, possibly engine/transmission mounts, etc...) Remember, the newest of the N/A cars are over 20 years old, now. Even if it hasn't been abused, parts can still deteriorate with age.
