BBS LM not fitting. Minimum spacers needed

Hello all,

Just got a set of BBS LM 18x9 +40, 18x8 +40 only to find out that the bore is too small. Does anyone have any idea the minimum size of spacers needed negate the bore issue on the wheel all together?

Much thanks.

Silly question, but you're sure there's not a hub ring stuck or seized in the backs of the wheels....? Almost all aftermarket wheels have a bore of 73mm, more than adequate to be able to clear and adapt to nearly any bore hub.

OP,

Google this situation and it seems like a 5MM spacer might work. I too bought some BBS LMs with the bore on the fronts was too small. I ended up spending about $70 to get them bored out to 67.1.

Good luck.
