I own a 1987 rx7 turbo II and it is having surging issues so I was looking at my haynes repair manual and it says to remove the BAC plug to check if idle decreases. The idle did not change. what do i do now? Also i was doing some checks on the BAC, the ohms are supposed to be between 10.7 and 12.3 ohms. It was checked at 12.7 , is that okay or do i need to replace it?
