PR BAC tests ok but when connected to the car its a no go.

Hello to anyone reading this I am new to board posting, but I have been lurking them

for over a year for info and it has been very useful but now Im stuck. My bac valve has

never worked since i got the car because every time i turn the wheel with car warmed up

with A/C on the car goes from around 800rpm to oh! S#!% its going to stall. I have

searched and found that the valve can be tested with 12v already did this tested ok but

plugged on the car its a no go. I then removed the valve cleaned it did everything I

could to it but still a no go. now the thing is i don't want to buy a a good bac and find

out it has the same problem. Is there another thing im missing maybe another

connector that completes the circuit is disconnected or something? is the 12v test a

reliable test?

P.S.

the car is a 86 N/A and i have tested two n326 ecu's both had the same results oh almost

forgot resistance test on bac checked ok too

P.S.S.

hope you can help thanx for reading
