Hey guys! I want to remove my Accelerated Warm-up System, but the link in the 3rd gen FAQ isn't working... and I can't find a guide in google either.
Is there someone nice enough to write down a link or post the complete removal guide here please?

This link mostly deals with disabling it. AWS Modification
Blocking it off will requre a block-off plate. It's been so long since I did it, I don't remember details all that much. IIRC, there are differing opinions on whether it will generate a CEL or not. Some claimed it will, but I THINK it only generates a code which is stored, but no CEL. I moved to a PFC at the same time I removed it and all other emissions during a rebuld. Since that negates all possible CELs and you rely on the sensor checks, I don't have first hand experience..
Banzai Racing offers the block-off plate by itself or with the entire 'kit'. Good quality...it's what I used. It also has a picture of where it goes.

I have a PFC already and am going to buy the banzai kit too for full ns conversion and removal of acv, egr valve, aws, etc.
