Hi,

I just got a car that I can best tell has a 1983 12a and auto transmission swapped in. The project is incomplete, so now I'm just starting to look at it.

There are 4 wires coming out of the tranny going nowhere. Also a single wire going nowhere.

The gas pedal appears to be transplanted from an rx7 also. It has a kickdown switch on the pedal with wires that, yes of course, goes nowhere also.

I am guessing that the wires on the tranny are for neutral start lockout, reverse lights, and kick down?

Anyone know what each wire is for? I have a Haynes but still having a rough time sorting them out.
