Involves sourcing the parts from a manual seat belt car and making them work with the interior plastics. Thinking about my S5 and S4 cars, there would be some fabrication work involved, I believe. Bracketry and such and you would have to do some drilling for the bolts too. Why not go to the dealer and get them to fix it? There is an open recall on the automatic seat belts. The dealer will fix them free of charge even if they fail 20 times.
