Question apex seal

Hi
Can anybody tell me if apex seals are available for a 1980 rx 7 12 a engine ??

If the engine hasn't been disassembled yet, you won't know if new apex seal are are required or not. They could still be good. To just fix oil leaks, apex seal have nothing to do with that.

The first thing to do would be to identify where the leaks are and address those. Most likely the oil pan gasket or Oil Metering Pump (OMP). Easy job and cost less then $50 + labor. About a two hour job.

If you are looking for an apex seal kit, places like Mazdatrix, Racing Beat, and Atkins Rotary carry the seal sets along with gasket sets for the engine.
