Im in the middle of a turbo swap and this valve just kinda unsealed itself and opened up. Im trying to get this back together within the next few days. Anyone know if i can get something thatll work at autozone or somewhere quick?? Also what it is.

Looks like a stock check valve. Normally I’d refer you to a member here ‘DaleClark’ for a set of his better quality biting replacements. But you’re in South Korea and even if he’s willing to ship internationally it’s not going to be just a couple days.
You might try a local MAZDA dealer.

Private message DaleClark. Last I knew he was still selling his VITON (not ‘biting’...auto-correct) check valves, I believe in sets of 5...enough to replace all of the stock check valves. In addition to having a better viton diaphragm and stronger body they also have barbed ends. And they don’t cost much.
