Hey guys n girls

picked up my first rx7 the other week, always wanted one and managed to get hold of a non runner after being in storage for 7 years with an imoboliser fault. got her back to the unit and found out the fuel pump had to live, so ran a new live change the fluids and boom she fired up.

anyway, since then the idle is sitting around 3.5/4 k and doesnt seem to move much when up to temp, ive changed the TPS , boost leak checked the hell out of it, even removed the inlet and changed 80% of the boost pipes in the nest of hell. i cant seem to find any boost leaks but does seem to be running rich. am i overlooking something here? all the adjustments to lower the RPM have been fully adjusted. short to pulling the whole thing apart and changing every sensor and boost line im a little lost.

It still sounds like a vacuum leak, or an idle adjustment is not adjusted properly.

 

I know all I keep thinking is vac leak but I have had my boost leak check on it and can't find anything checked everything visual , used brake cleaner etc
