Alternator fried ?

Hey guys, so yesterday day I was parking my FD on my driveway and I went to fast in 1st gear, without thinking, I slammed on the brakes because I was getting to close to the wall, and stalled real hard. After wards I tried starting it - it wouldn't turn on and you can see the lights dimming; engine cranking. I then put on the battery charger on and it started up fine , I ran it around the block so it can charge, when I got home I was slowly creeping towards my driveway and it started to lose power - all lights were starting to dim out. It seems as if the alternator isn't doing it's job, perhaps it's fried ? What do you guys think ?

I'm not seeing how slamming on the brakes and stalling fits into the picture, but...

Test alternator output with a multimeter. You should see 14+ volts between the B-post and the negative battery terminal w/ the engine running. If it's much below that, the voltage regulator is toast, and you'll need a new alternator (or rebuild the existing one).
