I tried to start the FD that I bought with the roof chopped off, which was in a frontal collision and had the airbag deployed. It didn't even try to turn over, so I'm wondering if there's an electrical issue. Would having the airbag deployed prevent the car from being started? If so, is there a way to work around that?

 

No. It wouldn't have affected the ability to start. Check wiring to the starter and from starter to battery.
