The only built in adjustment for the AF ratio is the idle adjust pot.
If the car is running rich across the board, then there is an issue. Verify that timing is correct, check plugs and wires, check the CLT and then have the injectors serviced. It can also be the AFM but this is harder to check without a known good unit to swap.
