i got a vis v speed front bumper and it seems to have an extended side to it that sits under the fenders but that part doesnt look like it comes off unless you cut it. any help would be nice

i would think no. maybe get another set of feners off the forum, cut the piece off, have them painted and primed. it may be a little tedious but just swap the fenders when u do the bumper.
FC fenders are easier than most cars to remove/replace. i think.

Most aftermarket bumpers entail taking the old one off and putting the new one on.
The stock Rear is a piece of cake to do.
The Front however is a little more involved as you have to get to the 4 bolts on each Front side of the bumper.
I would just remove the old bumper.,as putting another one on over the Old one would be "gaining weight".(I know it's only 20 pounds of Fiberglass, but ask your self why you need TWO bumpers?!!)
You can always find another stock one Here on the SEC GEN Parts For Sale Section.Cheap...people are selling parts and Parting cars everyday.
