AEM powered FC stalling

I have an 1989 RX7 FC Turbo powered by AEM 1800. While driving the car dies without notice. in idle the car runs for about 5 minutes and then stalls. sometimes the restart is difficult but after 2-3 minutes it starts and runs for another 2-4 minutes before stalling. also does anyone know a AEM tuner in the central valley bakersfield to fresno area?
