Going to cost you even more if someone else is doing it. If you use solid parts, engine rebuild with say an EFR kit and some fuel with a decent intercooler is nearly up to $10k easily. ECU, tunning and what ever plans you have to show car the engine bay raises that pricing

Well I can tell you just my engine bay cost a shitload....as in 20B territory...........it really depends on how "clean" you want to go and if you are paying someone else to do the work......a clean bay takes time and time at a shop costs $$$
Best advice I can give is to find a reputable shop to do your rebuild and ask them for an estimate based on what you want. There are way too many variables to guess at a price, you could be looking at anywhere from $10k to $50k+ for a 13B depending on what you want and how picky you are:
New housings?
New rotors?
All new seals?
Porting?
New Turbo and Manfold?
New clutch?
Intercooler?
New Radiator?
Oil Coolers?
BOV?
AST?
Downpipe?
New Exhaust?
Injectors and fuel rails/system?
Water/Meth injection?
New fuel pump(s)?
Boost Controller?
Wideband O2 Sensor?
ECU?
Upgraded Ignition system?
Gauges?
Full wire tuck?
Dyno Tune?
The list goes on and on and prices vary wildly depending on brand.............you have a lot of research to do

Short answer - mine is not show car ready, and will do 450whp.
I'm into just the engine and driveline in it for $50,000CAD already. If you include the fuel system, shop labour, ECU, interior rewire for battery, turbo kit, clutch, water meth, etc.
This is without rebuilding the motor.
Shop labour is over 200+ hours now @ 130hr.
Don't expect yours to be any less than that if you want "show quality". But FYI ... nobody gives a flying f*** about show cars in the end, build something you can enjoy, who cares if anyone sees under the hood.
