I just bought a 87 fc non turbo, with power steering. It has a fixed steering column and I'd really like the option to adjusted it.

So what are the options?

 

Best bet would be to find a tilt column from one of the people on here parting out an FC. If you want the fully adjustable column, it will have to be custom. Check the street rod sites for one of these columns, they're always putting them in something crazy so they're normally a
universal fit. They're pretty pricey though, depending upon what you want.
