acv block off plate

NJ acv block off plate

will blocking off the acv make my aux ports inoperative? if so am i btter off removing them and my airpump as well?

You need to post vehicle info. I'm assuming '88, so S4 FC? The ACV has nothing to do with the aux. ports on an S4.

its a 90 gtu s5.so i know i dont need back pressure but im just not sure that if i remove the acv i will need to set it up differently

Do not remove the ACV or airpump on an S5 NA. Your aux. ports (6PI) and VDI are fed air via a nipple on the ACV near the air pump outlet.

whats up with removing the aux valves so it always open whats the good/bad?

That's a pointless "modification" people do that has no benefit and costs low-end torque. There's a reason the 6PI and VDI activate when they do.

ok so i just ordered those atkins rotary aux port sleeves without the dead spot like the stock ones, im curious if when installing my LIM should i grease or lube any of the moving parts suck as the port sleeves or the actuator valves etc;
