VA accessory pulley on main pulley not lining up

the four 10mm bolts on the front side of the engine to take off the two drive belt pulleys or whatever its called, only 3 bolts line up the fourth is always off, i put the first piece on and the holes dont line up and it really doesnt make sense to me why it wouldnt line up it came off so why wouldnt it go back on right. i have tried to spin it around, maybe theres a specific way you put it but no its always off ive looked in the haynes manual and theres no info on it and neither on any forums. please help me understand this car

Not sure on the FC, but IIRC on the FD the two pulleys (and trigger wheel) will only mate one way so that all bolt holes line up. I line them up first, then install both pulleys at the same time on the front hub.
