Ok so I just got an 86 fc. The AC was converted to the r134 stuff but the blower wont turn on. I can feel a little cold air seeping out though. Sometimes when I start the car the volt meter doesn't work. One time I started it and the volt meter said 12 volts and my tach wasn't working but the blower was working. I really don't know what's going on and any help would be awesome
