95 fd3s wont start. ..got spark verified timing

My 95 fd3s will crank over and sounds as if its going to start but never does...I have fuel pressure verified compression have spark.....mods half bridgeport ppower fc twin power ignition. Single turbo t70 front mount innovate wideband removed omp
Walbro 400lph pump stock injectors...removed harness and it passed continuity on all pins and connectors

Please help me !!!!

you could have possibly just flooded the engine... just guessing, ive done it to mine(although its stock), just turn it over for a few seconds without fuel supply, then let it sit for 10 minutes, pug fuel suppy back in and try it, nice surprise when that's all it turns out to be

Engine is not flooded man the sparkplugs are dry and sont smell like fuel...there brand new also.....did the sensor check on the power fc all sensors are ok not highlighted. ....tested the stock ecu same problem got spark but no fuel verified fuelline is pressurised

Also checked injectors got voltage but dont fire eventhough I see on the commander it goes up to 8% duty cycle when cranking
