Front Rotor No Compression

So I figured there was something wrong with one of the rotors when I noticed a huge loss of power and the rough idle. Finally did a compression test and the front rotor has like 35psi. (When I did the test I didn't know about taking the one way valve out of the tester and reading the bounces but still.. 255psi on rear and 35psi on front) Also, like a year ago the car started leaking quite a bit of oil out the front and it was being sprayed all over. Ended up having to replace the front hub?(the thing that the main pulley bolts to) When I removed it there was a massive chunk broken from the part of it that slides into the front of the motor. That piece must have fallen down into the oil pan or something but ever since I replaced it it was fine..until now. Not sure if that had anything to do with this but here I am. So I'm just hoping someone can help point me in the right direction. What should I do next? Do I need to pull the motor and if I do what will I have to replace? Thanks so much for any help, I really want to get this thing going for next summer.

I think your reading would be a little off with 2 HUNDRED and fifty five PSI.You would not get that with BOTH rotors at full compression, let alone on ONE..(stock is about 110.Per rotor)

All together I think you are looking at a engine rebuild though. With what you have went through(posted) it is time.

Weird, thought it was high but that is what it read.. Unless it's because of the one way valve. Anyway, I'll have to retest the proper way to figure out which seals are toast. Figured the motor would have to come out regardless. I'm both excited and nervous about that as it will be my first time. Lol The previous owner said it has a "mild port" done but that's all he really remembered. He had it built by Mazda Trix, I'm not sure what other engine mods were done, if any. I'm want to start tearing it down soon, hope you guys can help me through this! Any tips and advice to help things go smoothly will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
